Project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, revisions, fees, cancellations, refunds and ownership rights will be governed by the applicable project agreement.

If a project agreement conflicts with these website Terms and Conditions, the project agreement will control for that project.

5. Estimates, Pricing and Payments

Unless otherwise stated, Web Goyat’s service prices are shown in United States dollars.

Deposits, payment schedules, late-payment terms, project pauses, cancellations and refunds will be governed by the proposal, invoice or contract issued for the relevant project.

6. Project Timelines and Client Responsibilities

Any project timeline provided by Web Goyat is an estimate unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Project timelines may be affected by:

  • Delays in receiving content or feedback

  • Changes to the original project scope

  • Additional revision requests

  • Delays caused by third-party services

  • Technical issues outside Web Goyat’s reasonable control

  • Failure to make required payments on time

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, account access, feedback and approvals within the agreed timeframe.

Web Goyat is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, missing materials or unavailable third-party services.

7. Revisions and Additional Work

The number and type of revisions included in a project will be stated in the applicable proposal or project agreement.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require:

  • A separate proposal or invoice

Web Goyat will inform the client when a request is considered additional work before completing that work.

8. No Guaranteed Results

  • Revenue or sales results
