Serena Wellness & Spa needed a complete website redesign that better reflected the calm, personal experience clients receive at the spa while making treatments easier to explore and book.
The project included content strategy, UX planning, Squarespace website redesign, responsive development, and Acuity Scheduling integration. The primary objective was to organize the spa’s services clearly, strengthen client trust, and create a seamless journey from discovering a treatment to booking an appointment.
Dedicated sections were created for the team, skincare results, client reviews, memberships, special offers, and treatments tailored to different life stages. Clear calls to action and integrated Acuity Scheduling allow clients to choose a service and book their visit easily across desktop and mobile.

The content journey begins by introducing Serena’s welcoming approach before guiding visitors through treatments, the team, skincare results, testimonials, and membership options. Services are presented in clear, approachable language so clients can understand their choices without feeling overwhelmed.
The visual direction combines soft colors, generous white space, refined typography, and authentic spa imagery to create a relaxing yet professional atmosphere. Acuity Scheduling was integrated throughout the website, giving visitors a simple and consistent path from treatment discovery to confirmed appointment.
