Using Squarespace, we created an editorial-style author website built around storytelling, book discovery, and audience growth.
The homepage introduces the central themes behind Michael’s work before guiding readers through the complete catalogue. Each title includes a concise description, a Buy on Amazon call to action, and clear purchasing pathways for Kindle and paperback editions.
Reader reviews were incorporated to provide social proof, while the author section introduces Michael and the mission behind Havona Press. A dedicated blog gives him a platform for sharing longer-form ideas and supporting continued engagement between book releases.
The newsletter form was connected to Mailchimp, allowing Michael to collect subscribers and share announcements about new books, articles, and upcoming releases. Social media links were also integrated to help readers follow and engage with his work across different platforms.
The website was optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices and structured so new books, articles, and promotional content can be added easily.
